For artists of all disciplines the significant changes of 2020 have created a range of challenges to the sector and to us as individuals. We find ourselves without work, opportunity to perform or exhibit and the impact falls not just on career but also on mental and physical welfare. Over this series of two Friday mornings we will approach the topics of time management, creative flourishing, wellbeing and professional development.

These two mentoring days in began with a brief introduction from artist and co-founder of Morphē Arts, Alastair Gordon, followed by two workshops hosted by performer Eleanor Young. The sessions created time There will time to reflect and discuss practical ways forward as arts practitioners, with the opportunity for 1-1 career surgery sessions in the afternoons with Eleanor, Alastair and other Morphē artists, Cully and Sarah White.
